FOUNDER 

It was found by 2 men whose effort of preaching the gospel in Eastern cape South Africa had lots of unemployment excuses laid by people in countries of residence. Despite having learned, gained carriers and certificates that qualified them work, young and grownups of all ganders were not privileged to working. Their children hardly affording schools, development and desire of trying change had become a myth by the year when Mr. Godfrey Katabira and Majola Phelix came to serve under the organization initials or Reliable workers.

Establishing Reliable workers in Uganda was a complicated task. Lack of land and well-built structures caused and still hinders our progress. Documenting applicants and saving data related to international and local ends needed and still needs more than this busy organization can afford. Scholars always demand urgent considerations and had been evident in their poor homes and schools. "I knew my father wouldn't want to see people in his neighborhood on a piece of his land he had entitled to me". I persuaded him to believe selling it and buy a personal plot far from him would make me grow into a responsible man". I later informed him of how I turned it into a charitable asset and rented a room far from it where I could sleep.

He was offended. Because I had failed my father and potential to run what I had established had luck of adequate facilities and skills, I traveled back to South Africa where I had once served as a preacher to study and work for what would rejuvenate my dream that I had abandoned on the plot.

Qualifications

I am a software developer with a prolific marketing skills and paperwork. I have a good sense of humor centered on Christ and the love of a fellow human being. Learning in the south Africa wasn't the easier way but whenever people loved me for the kindness, they conveyed memories of the promise of returning to Uganda and serve my dream after. I now serve the Reliable organization, and it involves the port Elizabeth part of South Africa and the entire Uganda. I love my paternal father, and he loves me for the determination. My heavenly father loves me more for the desire I have to work out my weakness in his son's name even Jesus Christ my Savior, amen

The workers department consists of workers with different skills. The vital and bigger percentage of the workers belong to the general workers section.

They are determined skilled  males and females full-time adult workers performing tasks to keep a workplaces and domestical home steads running smoothly. Workers' nominations are determined by specified duties depending on the industry or company's needs. There general worker like cleaners, child and vulnerable care takers supports the team and helps with daily operations . Here are some common responsibilities for a general workers. General maintenance and cleaning duties. A general worker handles maintaining and keeping the work environment clean. Our aspiring workers do tasks like cleaning and janitorial duties. They also do basic maintenance tasks, such as changing and keeping machinery clean.

The organization is so appreciative of the donations provided with the aim of extending it's services to the needy people. The offer of providing jobs overseas is dearly appreciated.

Our aim is to add on the reliable workers and the management team by adding to the areas of distribution of our products. We have inadequate office structures and land where to base the proposed structures per year.
